Farnborough international Air show

Capitalising on its very successful presence at the ‘’Salon Le Bourget‘’ in Paris, Morocco has decided to participate to the famous Farnborough international Air show. This major event will be held from 19 to 25 July 2010. The information is reported on the website of the Moroccan Aeronautic Trade Association ‘’GIMAS‘’ (Groupement Marocain des Industries aéronautiques et spatiales).

The Kingdom will be coming for the first time to this major international aeronautic exhibition and will be represented by GIMAS and the Moroccan Investment Promotion Agency (l’Agence Marocaine pours le Développement des Investissements: AMDI). AMDI’s main role is to promote investment in all sectors including aeronautics.
GIMAS aims to have an important contribution to this 47th edition of the FIA through the presence of a high quality Moroccan professionals’ delegation and a large stand among other countries and major international industry players.

The Farnborough International Air show is a bi-annual event held in alternation with le Salon aéronautique du Bourget. The first Farnborough air show took place in 1948 and was originally held as a display show for the British Aeronautic industry.
