IMO: Moroccan fountain unveiled
IMO Secretary-General Kitack Lim receives Her Highness Princess Lalla Joumala Alaoui, Ambassador of Morocco to the United Kingdom. Together, they unveiled a Moroccan fountain at IMO Headquarters.

Morocco takes part in ‘World Travel Market’ in London – 2-5 november 2015
HH Lalla Joumala, Ambassador of Kingdom of Morocco, accompanied with Tourism Minister Lahcen Haddad, opened today the Moroccan pavilion at World Travel Market’ in London.  

The Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in partnership with the English Chamber Orchestra is organising “The Spirit of the Moors”, a concert which will celebrate the talents of Moroccan musicians.

British philanthropist Mme Eve Branson, mother of famous businessman Richard Branson, received on Tuesday a Royal Wissam with the rank of officer, granted to her by HM King Mohammed VI in recognition of her humanitarian actions in Morocco.  

Fes Festival of World Sacred Music
The 21st edition of the World Sacred Music Festival, which will be held from 22 to 30 May under the theme "Africa Fez mirror", was presented Tuesday night in London before an audience of diplomats, personalities British, intellectuals and representatives of the world of culture, art, politics and media. Under the High Patronage of HM King Mohammed VI, the World Sacred Music Festival has chosen for this 21th edition a rich and varied program, celebrating the long-standing relations Morocco / Africa and the common ancient history woven between the city Fez, spiritual crucible, and sub-Saharan Africa. 

There will be a welcome address from the Right Honourable Lord Mayor of the City of London and in attendance will be a high level Ministerial delegation from The Kingdom of Morocco.

Morocco participates in London's "Women's Growth and Stabilty forum" showcasing achievements of Arab women 
Morocco has taken part in an Arab Women's forum, convened on May 30-31 in London with the support of the Mayor of London, dedicated to paying tribute to Arab women who have excelled in the social, cultural, political, economic, and artistic fields. The meeting was attended by several influential female leaders, including representatives of Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Saudia Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Yemen, and Iraq.

Morocco has made remarkable progress in improving its business climate, leading it to be named "the most improved country" in the 2012 World Bank Doing Business Report. The European Outsourcing Association named Morocco the "2012 Offshoring Destination of the Year" in recognition of its notable achievements in this field.  

Fez in world history
In commemoration of the 1200th anniversary of the founding of the city of Fez, al Akhawayn University in Ifrane, Morocco and La Fondation Esprit de Fès organized an international conference in 2008 to explore the universal and global dimension of the city through a multidisciplinary lens; this first meeting of several Moroccan and international scholars in Ifrane triggered an intense intellectual debate that extended several months afterwards and culminated in the publication, in 2011, of Fez in World History.

Hosted at luxury Knightsbridge store Harrods, “Inspiring Morocco” will recreate an authentic Riad in store from 24th October until 18th December. The exhibition will showcase the best of the country’s art, craftsmanship and cuisine throughout the store, giving visitors a taste of both the traditional and contemporary wonders of Morocco.

Weaving the threads of livelihood: the aesthetic and embodied knowledge of Moroccan weavers is an exhibition that celebrates the living textile tradition of Morocco.

Journey to Mecca
The Embassy of Morocco in collaboration with the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will organize at British film Institute on Griday 4 June 2010, the preview of the IMAXR film “ JOURNEY TO MECCA IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF Ibn Battuta”.

This Year the London African Film Festival puts the spotlight on films from the Maghreb. Four Morrocan films are presented at Ciné lumière at the Institut français, with a special focus on award-winning Moroccan director Ahmed El Maanouni. 

This event which will take place on the 12th and 13th November 2009, is organized by bureauexport, in partnership with Institut Français, the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco and others sponsors.
