HM the King receives in Rabat Cote d'Ivoire's president

The meeting reflects the quality of the Morocco-Cote d'Ivoire strategic and political bonds that continue to develop on a foundation of a rich shared cultural, religious and human heritage and exemplary and infallible solidarity between two States.

   It also shows the relations of vibrant economic and trade cooperation existing between the two countries and the two heads of state's will to deepen them further, in keeping with ties that have always prevailed between the Republic of Cote d'Ivoire and the Kingdom of Morocco and the South-South cooperation principles.

   The meeting took place in the presence on the Ivoirian side by Marcel Amon Tanoh, minister, head of the president's office, Ally Coulibaly, minister of African integration and Ivoirians abroad, Mamadou Diane, personnal advisor of the president, and Idrissa Traoré, Cote d'Ivoire ambassador in Morocco, and on the Moroccan side by minister of foreign affairs and cooperation, Salaheddine Mezouar.

    President Ouattara arrived on Sunday in Morocco where the took part in the 9th African development forum held on Oct. 12-16 in Marrakech under the patronage of HM King Mohamed VI.
